International Conference on Urban Innovation – “The 30-Minute City: Mobility, Proximity and Quality of Life in the Digital and Climate Age”

On July 10, 2025, Carlos Moreno will participate as a speaker at the International Conference on Urban Innovation, organized by the Quadrilátero Association—a strategic alliance of the cities of Braga, Barcelos, Guimarães, Vila Nova de Famalicão, and Viana do Castelo. His keynote, delivered via videoconference, will address the theme “The 30-Minute City: Mobility, Proximity and Quality of Life in the Digital and Climate Age.” His 10–15 minute intervention will contribute to a high-level dialogue on urban proximity, spatial justice, and climate-neutral cities, in alignment with the European URBACT IV – Cities@Heart network.
